Product Orders

Product purchases will be made by users on the website by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the desired item (the number of selected items and the total purchase amount will appear at the bottom of the screen). Upon completion of item selection, click on the "My Cart" link, where you can review and update the shopping cart. To ensure the order is processed promptly and without issues, all required details on the website must be accurately provided, including name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number, otherwise we cannot guarantee order fulfillment. Upon the user placing the order, the website will verify the credit card details, and only after the order is approved by the credit card company, the transaction will be confirmed and the product will be shipped. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card companies, the user will receive an appropriate notification. To complete the purchase, the user will be required to contact customer service by phone to arrange credit card company approval for the transaction. It is clarified and emphasized that a transaction will be considered complete only after credit card company approval for the transaction is arranged by the user. In the aforementioned case, delivery times will only be calculated from the date of credit card company approval of the transaction. If the user does not arrange approval within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of credit card company refusal to approve the transaction, the website management will be entitled to cancel the order.

Cancellations and Returns

Every user is entitled to cancel the transaction according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"). For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Law stipulates that cancellation shall only be made if the product remains in its original packaging without defect or alteration and has not been used. The cancellation fee is 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. An original invoice must be presented for exchange.

It is emphasized that no monetary credit will be given for items for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions and gift vouchers, and also, a purchase of jewelry whose price exceeds 3000 New Israeli Shekels cannot be canceled. Every user is aware that they will bear the shipping costs.

The Website management shall be entitled to cancel a transaction and/or sale, in whole or in part, in the event of a significant and obvious clerical error in the offer, whether in the product price or in the product description, or if it is discovered that a communication failure and/or technical problem occurred which prevented users from using the Website properly, or in the event of force majeure or if the product is out of stock.

Shipping and Delivery Times

The website management will arrange for the delivery of any product purchased by the user on the website (within the Green Line) through a shipping company at a cost that will be displayed on the website or via Israel Post or by self-collection from the business at Lilienblum 3, Tel Aviv, during the operating hours displayed on the website.

The delivery times for products as stated on the website include only the calculation of business days, Sunday to Thursday, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
